Ashley helps people bridge the gap between who they are and who they truly can be by teaching them how to consistently connect with their IDEAL SELF so they can streamline the process to unlocking their next level.
After beginning her career as a style consultant for superstars such as Jay-Z, Kanye West, Keyshia Cole, The Dream, various athletes, and businesspersons — and later thriving in the position of Director of Community Relations at The Art Institute of Phoenix, Ashley now teaches professionals and creatives how to align their personal and professional brands with their Ideal Self through consulting, workshops, and seminars with StylePHX, founded in 2010.
Ashley dedicates her free time to community empowerment as the Marketing Co-Chair for Girls in Tech Phoenix, Vice Chair of Phoenix Police Chief Jeri Williams’ Business Council, Immediate Past Chair of Phoenix Valley Young Professionals, member of Phoenix College President's Advisory Council for Dr. Larry Johnson, and member of Achieve60AZ African American Attainment Equity Task Force. In recent years, she has also held positions as Communications Director for AIGA Arizona, and a Youth Mentor with New Pathways for Youth.
Ashley is a proud alumnus of Arizona State University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Minor in Communication Studies before attending Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Los Angeles for a Professional Designation in Visual Communication.
